These terms govern your use of the InterWorking Design website and the engagement of our services. By using this site or commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.

Services

InterWorking Design provides web design and development, business automation, and custom digital solutions. The scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client are assigned to that client, except for pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how of the studio, which remain ours and are licensed for use within the deliverables.

Content on this website (text, graphics, and code) belongs to InterWorking Design and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We build carefully, but this site and its content are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterWorking Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
